- Tuesdays (Vinyasa Yoga) 12:15 to 1:00 pm (beginning 2/7)
- Wednesdays (Yin & Flow Yoga) 12:15 to 1:00 pm
- Thursdays (Vinyasa Yoga) 12:15 to 1:00 pm
*Lunchtime yoga may be included with the purchase of a monthly or class pass purchased through CRPD.
