Practice Yoga in 2011!

Number 5: The extra weight you gained during the holidays will keep you really warm this winter…yoga would just help you loose weight!
Number 4: Focused Breathing? Overrated! Only silly people take time to concentrate on their breath…who needs the benefits of improved concentration, greater lung capacity, and oxygen enriched blood flow?!?!
Number 3: Don’t even get me started about meditation! I have absolutely no desire to be mindful in 2011!
Number 2: Cultivating a physical, mental, & spiritual practice rooted in the concept of Loving Kindness & Compassion for myself….what’s that?Seriously – doesn’t even compute!
Number 1: The Grinch knows that you are not flexible enough; he believes you when you say you don’t have the time; he also, like you, has no desire to experience what it’s like to be present, to take himself to his edge, to pause, slow down, find balance and enjoy life.
